What backing options do you offer?

I offer four: sew-on, iron-on, stick-on, and hook and loop. Sew-on is the most secure and best for items washed often. Iron-on is quick and easy for most fabrics. Stick-on works on smooth surfaces or for temporary use. Hook and loop is perfect for uniforms or anything you want to remove and reattach.

How does sizing work?

Each size is a maximum width or height — whichever comes first. For example, "3" wide or 1.5" tall" means your patch will be up to 3 inches wide or up to 1.5 inches tall. A longer name stitches smaller to fit, so actual dimensions vary with the name length.

How long will my order take?

Every patch is made to order. My processing time is 3–5 business days (most orders go out sooner). After your order ships, USPS delivery is typically: Ground Advantage 2–5 business days, Priority Mail 1–3 business days, Priority Mail Express 1–2 business days. I ship from New York, and I currently ship within the US only.

How do I apply an iron-on patch?

Place the patch where you want it, cover it with a thin cloth, and press with a hot, dry iron (no steam) for 30–45 seconds using firm, even pressure. Let it cool completely before moving the garment. For the strongest hold on items washed often, I recommend sewing the edges as well.

How do I care for my patch?

Wait 24 hours before washing. Turn the garment inside out and use a gentle cycle. Remove stick-on and hook and loop backings before washing.

Can I return or exchange my patch?

Custom patches are non-returnable and non-refundable since each one is made just for you. But if I make a mistake — a misspelled name, wrong colors, or wrong size — I'll remake it for free. Just contact me within 2 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. Ready-made (non-custom) patches are returnable — check the product page for details.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
